Account Data: If you create a MyNoQ account, we collect your email address, name and encrypted password. This data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics data via Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity — including pages visited, session duration and click patterns. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.
Deal Interaction Data: Deals you favorite, watchlist items and price alerts you set are stored to provide personalized features. This data is associated with your account ID, not shared externally.
Device Data: Standard web analytics data including browser type, operating system and approximate location (city/country level) via IP address.
How We Use Your Data
- Sending price alert notifications to your email when deals hit your target price.
- Personalizing your deal feed based on favorite categories and saved items.
- Improving MyNoQ's AI scoring system through aggregate usage pattern analysis.
- Complying with legal obligations and preventing fraudulent activity.
We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties or share it with affiliates for marketing purposes.
Cookies & Third-Party Services
MyNoQ uses the following third-party services that may set cookies:
- Google Analytics 4: Aggregate traffic and behavior analysis. Opt-out via browser settings or Google's opt-out tool.
- Microsoft Clarity: Session recording and heatmaps for UX improvement. No personally identifiable information is captured.
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database and hosting infrastructure. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Affiliate Networks (eBay EPN, Awin, CJ): Tracking cookies for commission attribution. These activate only when you click a deal link.
