2. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform lawfully and in good faith
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our systems
• Verify purchase decisions independently before buying

3. Affiliate Disclosure

AI-generated deal scores, price analysis, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or purchasing advice. Prices and availability change frequently — always verify on the retailer's site before purchasing.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyNoQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for purchasing decisions, price inaccuracies from third-party retailers, or damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
